What happens after I sign up?

We will email you a welcome pack, that details everything you need to know.

In the welcome pack there are a number of forms that need to be filled in and returned at different points in the process.

If you don’t already have a limited company the first step is to fill in the limited company registration form. We will then register your limited company and arrange a bank interview for you to obtain a limited company bank account.

As soon as your company is registered you are able to start using it. It normally takes a while to set up a company bank account, and although it is essential that you do set up a company bank account you don’t need to wait until you have one to start trading through your company.

Once your limited company is registered the next step is to register LCCS as your tax agent.

If you already have a limited company we will contact your previous accountant if you have one and explain that we will be taking over. This is a professional courtesy and we would expect your previous accountant to provide us with all of the financial information that we require.

If it hasn’t already been done, we will then register your company for VAT and for the flat rate VAT scheme.

As soon as your company is registered you can start submitting your income and expenses via our web form and we will forward you live tax returns each time you do.

We will then complete all of the necessary submissions for your company, including your annual return, annual accounts and VAT returns and company and personal tax returns.
