Arms length employees will require full monthly PAYE submissions. This is charged at £35 + VAT per month for the first employee and £10 + VAT per month for any additional employees.
**Fee includes dissolving your company at Companies House once you no longer need it. We can advise on tax efficient strategies for profit extraction, such as Business Asset Disposal Relief (BADR).
BADR requires a members voluntary liquidation and liaison with a registered liquidator. We can arrange and execute this for you, however additional fees will apply.
“No one has more accessible or more knowledgeable accountants. You can book a meeting anytime you have a question and they will know the answer”
Dormant Package
In life the one constant is change. So it is always good to know that you have options, and someone knowledgeable to explain them to you.
If you stop working through your company, but still want to keep it open we’ve got a dormant company package for just £12.50 + VAT per month. Sometimes this is a good idea.
Other times it’s better to shut the company down and start a new one if you need it. We’ll discuss your full circumstances with you and help you make the right decision.
Umbrella Options
If you’re a contractor and you can’t find an inside IR35 role we’ve got options to help you too.
Firstly we can give you free advice on how to ensure your role is outside IR35. This can be particularly helpful if your employer is based abroad and the onus of IR35 falls on you.
We can also help you to challenge an inside IR35 status determination. However we are well aware that some hirer’s will refuse to budge, which is why we also have flexible umbrella options.
